Vitamin Well Group is expanding its Commercial Operations team. As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will convert data into actionable insights to inform performance and business decisions across our global organisation.

You will work with colleagues in Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to develop reporting, dashboards and business cases, while supporting month-end close and forecasting processes. Strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus fluency in Swedish and English, are essential.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role within Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial Operations, Finance or a similar function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or another BI platform.
• A good understanding of financial processes, including cost analysis, budgeting and month-end reporting.
• Experience supporting commercial decisions through analysis and business cases.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously develop distribution cost reporting across our global markets.
• Analyse logistics and distribution costs to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Build business cases to support commercial negotiations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and performance reporting for stakeholders across the business.
• Coordinate month-end logistics cost closing activities.
• Validate invoices and support approval processes.
• Monitor logistics spend against budgets and contracts.
• Support accruals, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Provide analytical support for commercial negotiations, supplier reviews and tenders.
• Support projects related to warehouse implementations and transportation optimisation through data analysis.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Drive automation and standardisation of reporting processes.
• Improve data quality and reporting accuracy, primarily in Power BI.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
