Job summary

TOTEME, a Stockholm-based fashion house, seeks a Retail Operations Manager to lead global store operations from our Stockholm office. You will oversee two Retail Operations Specialists and collaborate across Supply Chain, Buying, Planning, E‑Commerce, Tech, Finance, Production and Store Development to optimize processes and drive performance.

The role requires 7+ years in luxury retail operations, international experience, strong IT and reporting skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in luxury retail operations
• Experience in an international retail business
• Strong understanding of retail operations, systems and technology
• Experience with POS, OMS, inventory management and BI tools including Shopify, Sitoo, iD Cloud, Omnium and Qlik
• Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Google Workspace and reporting tools
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel regularly

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Retail Operations team.
• Drive operational excellence and consistent execution across all stores.
• Drive the global operational setup and readiness for all new store openings.
• Oversee store operations, KPIs, costs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee store technology, maintenance and key operational vendor relationships.
• Plan and execute operational initiatives, including product launches, promotions, price changes and new store openings.
• Support stores in resolving operational and system‑related challenges, both remotely and on‑site.
• Partner with Tech to optimize retail systems, including POS, OMS, and inventory management.
• Manage operational documentation, policies, and ways of working.
• Ensure accurate inventory, replenishment, and store deliveries together with Supply Chain and Planning.
• Travel regularly to support stores and ensure consistent execution.
