Job summary

TOTEME is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor to join our Stockholm stores at Biblioteksgatan and Nordiska Kompaniet. You will manage back-of-house operations, organize stockrooms, and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams, and report directly to the Store Manager. Ideal candidates have experience in stock management, preferably within luxury retail, and can work

Qualifications

• Experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the stockroom is always organized.
• Receive, process and organize incoming stock.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.
• Support the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.
• Monitor and contribute to achieving KPIs and business targets.
• Execute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, both independently and as part of a team.
