Job summary

Atos Medical is seeking a Learning Manager, Global Learning & Development, for a parental leave cover. You will act as an internal learning consultant and designer, shaping how customer-facing teams acquire skills and knowledge to perform effectively.

• Proven experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand capability challenges and learning needs.
• Design learning experiences that support knowledge application and performance.
• Develop learning assets such as e-learning modules, facilitator guides, ILT workshops, and performance aids.
• Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts and manage learning projects end-to-end.
• Maintain content within digital learning platforms and evaluate outcomes.
