H&M Group is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to turn our global leadership strategy into scalable development experiences that strengthen capability across regions, functions and levels. You will coordinate cross‑region initiatives, ensure consistent execution and drive continuous improvement of the development portfolio.

You will work with Talent and Digital teams and regional HR to shape learning journeys, enable leaders to grow, and deliver high‑quality programmes at scale.

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership development experience in a global or complex organisation.
• Experience supporting or delivering leadership programmes or capability building activities.
• Strong coordination with multiple stakeholders, timelines and deliverables.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with ability to see the broader strategic context.
• Clear communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with leadership frameworks or enablement models is a plus.
• Curious, improvement-minded and able to use data, feedback and insights to refine programmes.
• Willingness to constructively challenge and raise questions to improve quality and impact.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the design, development and refinement of global leadership programmes, tools and frameworks aligned with our leadership strategy.
• Shaping learning journeys and development experiences that enable leaders at different levels to grow and perform.
• Coordinating timelines, communication flows and logistics for global initiatives including workshops, virtual sessions and structured learning programmes.
• Ensuring highquality execution by aligning stakeholders, materials and delivery plans across regions and functions.
• Creating toolkits, facilitation guides and enablement resources for HR teams and partners.
• Providing clear guidance to leaders and managers on use of leadership development offers.
• Supporting alignment by contributing to communities of practice, stakeholder forums and global updates.
• Gathering, tracking and analysing data to evaluate participation, adoption and impact and translating insights into improvements.
