PostNord is seeking a Nordic Learning & Leadership Development Manager to strengthen the Group-wide learning, leadership and talent agenda. You will work with senior stakeholders across the Nordics to translate business needs into practical learning solutions and drive delivery from design to adoption.

The role blends strategic development with hands-on execution, focusing on leadership development and a scalable learning experience across countries.

Formación

• Extensive experience in learning and leadership development.
• Proven ability to lead across countries, functions and levels.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and drive PostNord's Nordic learning and leadership agenda in line with business priorities and future capability needs.
• Develop and embed a common Nordic leadership framework and development initiatives for leaders at different levels.
• Develop the Group-wide learning ecosystem, including governance, LMS strategy and adoption.
• Build capabilities in areas critical to PostNord's future, such as operational excellence, safety, digitalisation, growth and transformation.
• Lead Nordic learning, leadership and talent forums to build alignment and collaboration.
• Use data, insights and external perspectives to measure impact and continuously improve effectiveness.

About The Role

As Nordic Learning & Leadership Development Manager, you will support PostNord's business strategy and transformation through people development. Working closely with senior business stakeholders and colleagues across the Nordics, you will develop learning and leadership initiatives that address business priorities while balancing Group-wide ambitions with local needs.

Your focus will mainly be on leadership development and the Group-wide learning experience. The role combines strategic development with hands-on delivery. You will help shape the agenda, translate needs into practical solutions and drive initiatives from concept and design through implementation, governance and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Shape and drive PostNord's Nordic learning and leadership agenda in line with business priorities and future capability needs.
• Develop and embed a common Nordic leadership framework and relevant development initiatives for leaders at different levels.

You are an experienced learning and leadership development professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You identify business needs, turn them into relevant solutions and maintain momentum from idea to implementation and measurable impact.

As a confident and collaborative communicator, you build trusted relationships and create alignment across functions, countries and organizational levels.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in learning and leadership development.
• A proven track record of successfully leading learning and leadership initiatives across countries, functions and organizational levels.
• Experience in supporting business transformation, culture development and change leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of modern learning approaches, learning technologies and capability-building practices.
• Experience working in Nordic or international environments and navigating the balance between Group alignment and local needs.
• The ability to take initiatives from strategy and design to implementation, adoption and measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
