Job summary

Consilium Safety Group is seeking a Forwarding Specialist in Gothenburg to join our Forwarding Department. You will plan, book, and coordinate international shipments by courier, air, sea, and road to destinations worldwide, ensuring compliance with Incoterms and payment terms.

You will interpret shipping instructions, manage export documentation, and communicate deviations with stakeholders. A 6-month probation applies in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transport, or related field.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and structured work style.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to follow procedures and documentation accurately.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking and coordinating courier, air, sea and road shipments globally.
• Interpreting shipping instructions and ensuring compliance with terms.
• Managing export documentation and LC presentations with banks.
• Communicating deviations with order handlers and stakeholders.
• Preparing reports and maintaining shipment/order data accuracy.
• Evaluating freight quotations and invoicing freight charges.
• Supporting continuous improvement in forwarding and logistics processes.
