Job summary

Vitamin Well Group is seeking a Forecast Analyst to join our Stockholm HQ. You will analyze sales and production forecasts across markets, identifying demand trends and drivers, and challenge assumptions to improve accuracy.

The role sits in the Global Sales organization, collaborating with Sales and Operations and coordinating with international stakeholders. You will move between data, commercial input and operational implications, ensuring forecast quality and driving continuous improvements

Qualifications

Must have a relevant university degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics or a related field.
Practical experience with data, analysis or reporting.
Strong Excel skills and data/reporting proficiency.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Consolidate sales forecasts across markets and products to build a global view of demand.
Analyze forecast performance, trends and deviations to identify changes and opportunities.
Follow up with markets on forecast assumptions and discrepancies.
Translate forecast developments into insights for production and supply planning.
Drive implementation and continuous improvement of the forecasting process, ensuring data quality.
