Job summary

Mondelēz International is looking for a Demand Planner to join their team in Upplands Väsby, Sweden. You will be responsible for developing the 0-24 month IBP forecast, coordinating inputs from sales and marketing, and providing a detailed demand plan to supply planners.

This role involves managing the forecast process, collaborating cross-functionally, and performing root-cause analysis for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or dynamic industry.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams and improve planning priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning process.
• Liaise with commercial and operational teams to improve communication and support business KPIs.
• Manage forecast compilation including short-term and long-term forecasts.
