Job summary

Vitamin Well Group is seeking a Forecast Analyst to connect commercial forecasting with production and supply planning. Based at our Stockholm HQ, you will analyze sales and production forecasts across markets to understand demand developments and drive improvements in forecasting processes.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations, dig into trends, and translate insights into actionable production planning decisions, while building forecasting maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• Experience with data, analysis or reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate forecasts across markets and products to build a global view of demand.
• Analyze forecast performance, trends and deviations to identify changes in demand, risks and opportunities.
• Follow up with markets on forecast assumptions, significant changes and discrepancies.
• Translate forecast developments into clear insights for production and supply planning.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our forecasting process, with focus on consistency and data quality.
