Job summary

Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Associate to support executive search and leadership assessment processes. You will conduct industry and client research, develop position specifications, and help manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Working with Consultants and clients, you will prepare candidate materials, conduct interviews, and contribute to business development efforts while upholding the firm's ethics and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ professional recruiting experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience.
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Exhibits skill and developing mastery of professional communications with confidence and impact.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with external clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry specific and client research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Supporting Consultants in the development of position specifications and a focused search strategy.
• Assisting Consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents.
