Job summary

Spencer Stuart is seeking an Associate to support executive search and leadership advisory projects across industries. You will lead projects, engage with candidates, and collaborate with consultants to deliver end-to-end results from start to closure.

Based in one of our Nordic offices (Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo), you will contribute market insights, talent strategies, and business development materials while working with an international, diverse team.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, social sciences, humanities, science or a related field.
International mindset for global collaboration with colleagues, candidates, and clients.
Strong interest in people, leadership and organisations with business market awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead executive search projects and advise clients on talent and market insights.
Conduct targeted research and engage with candidates for leadership opportunities.
Collaborate with consultants and steer project deliveries end to end.
Support consultants with presentations and pitch-decks with market insights.
