Job summary

Volvo CE is seeking a Head of Digital Services to lead the transformation of our Digital organization and to secure critical business outcomes across Volvo CE.

You will be a member of the Volvo CE Digital Leadership team, shaping and delivering business value from digital while enabling global teams and cross‑functional collaboration.

This role requires senior digital leadership, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a growth mindset to grow individuals and the team as a whole.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in digital & IT within a large global organization.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and groups.
• Experience driving change in a global evolving environment.
• Ability to attract, develop and support talent.

• Drive adoption of digital products across Volvo CE in the Digital Services domain.
