Job summary

Consilium Safety Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes across global sites. You will work at the intersection of manufacturing, business processes, and digital technology, focusing on D365, MES, and data-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with IT and production teams to reduce lead times, costs, and waste while driving continuous improvement and standards adoption across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production or Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, planning, reporting, and ERP support.
• Experience with ERP and/or MES systems; Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Support global manufacturing sites with D365 manufacturing processes and system challenges.
• Drive ERP/MES implementations, rollouts, and integrations across global sites.
• Collaborate with IT, stakeholders, and partners to develop practical system solutions.
• Analyze and visualize manufacturing data using Power BI to identify improvements.
• Automate workflows and improve data flows using Power Apps.
• Benchmark processes and system usage to implement best practices.
• Drive improvements using Lean, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving.
