Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in C#/.NET Core development.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with OPC/SECS-GEM standards.
• 4+ years in Critical Manufacturing MES customization (backend/frontend/equipment).
• ConnectIoT Certification is required.
• Excellent English communication skills; willingness to travel to Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Critical Manufacturing MES applications using C#/.NET Core.
• Configure and extend MES across backend, frontend, and equipment integration layers.
• Develop reusable, scalable software components following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize MES applications for reliability and performance.
• Design and implement equipment integration using Critical Manufacturing Connect IoT.
• Integrate equipment using OPC, OPC UA, SECS/GEM, MQTT, HSMS, TCP/IP, RS-232, FTP, REST APIs.
• Develop interfaces between manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and MES apps.
• Support factory-floor connectivity and real-time shop-floor initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum4 years ofhands-on experiencewith Critical ManufacturingMES, including backend, frontend,and equipment integrationcustomization.
  
• Critical Manufacturing MESDeveloper and ConnectIoT Certification.
  
• Excellent written andspoken English communicationskills.
  
• Willingness to workfrom the customerlocation in Swedenand travel asrequired.
