Job summary

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Systems Consultant with a strong manufacturing focus and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). You will work with manufacturing organisations to optimise business processes, deliver ERP solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will analyse requirements, design and implement BC solutions, advise on best ERP practices for manufacturing, configure implementations,

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing industry and delivering ERP solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud/SaaS).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating into ERP solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business processes and operational requirements.
• Analyse, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Advise customers on best practices for manufacturing and ERP processes.
• Configure and support Business Central implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver successful projects.
• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies.
