Job summary

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Demand & Export Coordinator in Sweden. You will connect factories, suppliers, sales companies and distributors to ensure products reach customers worldwide.

You will support large-volume orders and guide customers through the order and delivery process. You will coordinate international shipments, prepare transport/export documents, and handle customs clearance for non-EU destinations.

Qualifications

• Experience in order administration or international transport coordination and customer support, preferably in an international context.
• University degree in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Structured, analytical approach with attention to detail.
• Service-minded and flexible attitude.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders with varying timelines and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and an interest in IT systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Connect factories, suppliers, sales companies and distributors worldwide to ensure products reach customers.
• Support large-volume orders and guide customers through the order and delivery process.
• Coordinate international shipments and prepare transport and export documentation.
• Handle customs clearance for non-EU destinations and manage billing.
• Provide customer service and help customers navigate Husqvarna Group.
• Own and manage a customer portfolio in collaboration with teammates.
