Job summary

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Demand & Export Coordinator in Sweden. You will connect factories, suppliers, sales companies and distributors to ensure products reach customers worldwide.

You will support large-volume orders and guide customers through the order and delivery process. You will coordinate international shipments, prepare transport/export documents, and handle customs clearance for non-EU destinations.

Qualifications

• Experience in order administration or international transport coordination and customer support, preferably in an international context.
• University degree in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Structured, analytical approach with attention to detail.
• Service-minded and flexible attitude.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders with varying timelines and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and an interest in IT systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the role

As a Demand & Export Coordinator you will connect our factories, suppliers, sales companies and distributors worldwide. Your responsibilities will include ensuring Husqvarna products reach customers around the globe, supporting large‑volume orders, guiding them through the order and delivery process, coordinating international shipments, preparing transport and export documentation, and handling customs clearance for non‑EU destinations. You will also manage the billing process, provide customer service, and help customers navigate our organization. You are expected to take ownership of your customer portfolio while collaborating closely with teammates to deliver a high level of service.

Your skills and background

Location

This position will be based in Huskvarna, Sweden. The workplace is dynamic and collaborative, with office presence at least 4 days a week (80%).
