Job summary

Husqvarna AB (publ) in Huskvarna, Sweden, seeks a Demand Planning Manager to lead our global demand planning and ensure aftermarket parts availability throughout the product lifecycle. You will report to the Manager of Demand Planning, Global Operations.

You will shape capabilities, align processes across the organization, manage a 24‑month horizon with bias control, and drive improvements in forecasting models and data use. Fluency in English is required; Swedish knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and forecasting across a global organization.
• Experience driving transformation initiatives in cross‑functional, international environments.
• Proven ability to lead people and develop teams.
• Strong analytical capability and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience with planning systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in aftermarket, spare parts, or complex product structures is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Shape a global demand planning capability for aftermarket business.
• Align demand planning practices across the global organization.
• Lead planning across a 24‑month rolling horizon with bias management.
• Improve forecasting models and data use, identify deviations and drive action.
• Define and monitor KPIs to support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six demand planners.
