• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and interest in IT systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted contact for customers and partners, supporting large-volume orders and guiding them through the order and delivery process.
• Coordinate international shipments, prepare transport documentation and handle export documentation and customs clearance for countries outside the EU.
• Manage the billing process and provide customer service.
• Take ownership of a customer portfolio and collaborate closely with teammates to deliver a high level of service.
