Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product Manager/Owner for Sales & Marketing CRM platforms in enterprise or multi-market contexts.
• Experience contributing to a multi-market technology strategy.
• Strong technical understanding of CRM data models and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable user stories.
• Confident, senior-level stakeholder communicator across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the global CRM platform roadmap across Sales & Marketing applications.
• Define the long-term platform vision for CRM, including automation and AI.
• Assess the current CRM landscape across markets and drive improvements.
• Prioritize backlog based on business impact, data, and priority across markets.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT and OpCo leadership.
• Write clear, actionable user stories and detailed specifications for engineering teams.
• Lead agile delivery and ensure solutions meet commercial objectives.
