Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar, completed before start of program.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and support decision-making.
• Proactive problem-solving and risk/opportunity management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsabilités

• Support sourcing strategy creation and implementation within the scope of SGC.
• Manage supplier relationships as Supplier Host.
• Support or lead supplier negotiations and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement actions where needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the entire VCE organization.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of digitalization and AI tools and initiatives.
