Job summary

The Project Management Associate (PMA) plays a key role in delivering global clinical trials by providing operational and project coordination support to Clinical Operations and Project Management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to Project Managers and Clinical Research Managers throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Maintain and update study information within CTMS and study systems for data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate study documentation, meeting logistics, action trackers, communication plans, and project records.
• Support vendor oversight, investigator payments, financial tracking, and budget reconciliation.
• Prepare study reports, agendas, and minutes while tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Act as central point of contact for study communications across teams, sites, vendors, and sponsors.
• Assist with regulatory submissions, amendments, audits, inspections, and essential document management.
• Contribute to TMF and ISF maintenance per study requirements and procedures.
• Support study supply coordination and logistics as needed.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams for smooth execution and stakeholder communication.
