Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Project Management Associate to support global clinical trials. You will provide operational coordination to Clinical Operations and PM teams, ensuring studies run on time, within budget, and in compliance with SOPs and sponsor requirements.

As part of the SRS/FSP team, you will work with a sponsor from the pharma/biotech sector and contribute to study documentation, meetings, and TMF/ISF maintenance while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience in clinical research, clinical operations, or study management.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial process.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CTMS/TMF or related platforms.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative problem solving.
• Experience supporting global studies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to Project Managers and Clinical Research Managers across the trial lifecycle.
• Maintain and update study information in CTMS and other systems for data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate study documentation, meeting logistics, action trackers, and communication plans.
• Support vendor oversight, investigator payments, financial tracking, and budget reconciliation.
• Prepare study reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes while tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Serve as central contact for study communications across teams, sites, vendors, and sponsors.
• Assist with regulatory submissions, amendments, audits, inspections, and essential document management.
• Contribute to TMF and ISF maintenance per study requirements.
• Support study supply coordination and logistics.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth study execution and stakeholder communication.
