Job summary

CLP SYSTEM AB is seeking a Client Manager / Administrative Coordinator to act as the central link between sales, customers, and suppliers worldwide. You will manage purchasing, order registrations, invoicing, and agreements while ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role requires initiative, problem-solving, and a willingness to take responsibility. The candidate should be fluent in Swedish and English, have experience with business management systems (Pyramid preferred), and hold a Swedish B

Qualifications

• Experience with admin tasks, preferably international environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with business management systems; Pyramid a plus.
• Upper secondary education focused on economics/business administration.
• Swedish B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers and customers globally.
• Manage purchasing, order registration, invoicing, and agreements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes.
