Qualifikationen

• Master's degree from a technical or business school.
• 5–10 years of experience in lead positions within Banking & development projects.
• Strong industry knowledge of banking processes.
• Knowledge of delivery models: agile, scaled agile, waterfall.
• Ability to set KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills.
• Resident in Sweden.
