Job summary

Accenture Banking Technology Unit is seeking Banking Technology Consultants of all levels to join cross-border teams serving leading clients in Nordics and beyond.

You will collaborate across disciplines to align technical transformations with business goals, bring banking expertise to client engagements, and contribute to problem solving and advancing digital agendas. Fluency in Swedish and English and residency in Sweden are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from technical or business school
• 2-5 years of Banking & development project experience
• Strong business acumen & technical knowledge on banking systems and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Swedish and English
• Resident in Sweden

We are now looking for Banking Technology Consultants of all levels. As a Banking Technology Consultant, you will be part of teams or leading teams in our client engagements. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives. Your detailed work description and responsibilities will be determined by your engagement.

Responsibilities:

Professional Requirements:

• Bacheros or Master's degree from a technical or business school
• Ideally you would have 2-5 years of experience within Banking & development projects
• Strong business acumen & technical knowledge on the banking systems and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Swedish and English
• Resident in Sweden
