Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations within a Windows-based environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with server environments like Windows Server.
• Solid knowledge of network architecture including VLANs and VPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for employee IT.
• Set up and monitor core systems supporting daily operations.
• Manage and support the office IT environment.

Skills

IT operations experience in a Windows-based environment

Familiarity with version control systems like Perforce

Knowledge of Windows and Active Directory

Hands-on experience with server environments

Experience working with network architecture

Knowledge of backup solutions

Experience with antivirus and security software

Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools

Scripting and automation skills, preferably PowerShell

Account and access rights management
