Profile Software is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Sweden to drive growth, expand the portfolio, and explore new opportunities. You will craft and execute business development strategies aligned with our objectives and work closely with cross‑functional teams.

You will build a robust pipeline in Investment software, develop tender documents and RFP responses, negotiate contracts, and report progress to the CCO.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of successful software solutions sales in banking and wealth management.
• Domain knowledge within Investment Software.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Grow pipeline of prospects in investment software through networking and outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and deploy actions to meet targets.
• Develop tender documents, client presentations and respond to RFPs.
• Report progress to the CCO and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities in existing relationships to maximise revenue.
• Negotiate new client contracts and renegotiate existing ones.
• Monitor, report, and evaluate competitive actions.
• Collaborate with commercial, product and delivery teams to optimise roadmaps.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
