Job summary

NOBA Bank Group is looking for a Customer Advisor in Stockholm to help customers get back on track with their payments by building trust and focusing on the customer. You will communicate with empathy, find practical solutions, and contribute to a positive, proactive team environment.

The role is permanent with a 6‑month probation. Working hours are 7.30–16, with a hybrid setup (office in Stockholm and work from home two days a week); remote work within Sweden may be possible by agreement.

The Pre-Collections team is a vital part of our business. By phone we proactively reach out to customers who have fallen behind on their payments and support them in finding the best way forward. Sometimes it is a simple fix and other times it means building a long‑term plan together. You will also take incoming calls from customers who need help. While there is some administration involved in the role, this is mainly a phone‑based service role where your communication skills truly make a difference.

About The Role

As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our customers get back on track with their payments by building trust with customer focus. You will communicate with empathy, find solutions together with the customer and contribute to a positive and proactive team environment that also focuses on team results. At the same time, it is important that you feel confident setting clear expectations in the customer dialogue – and when needed, making firm but respectful demands regarding overdue payments to prevent the loan going to debt collection.

Good to know

The role is based at our office in Stockholm, with a hybrid set up where you can work from home two times a week. If you live far away from Stockholm but in Sweden, you may be able to work remote by agreement. But for the first three days of your employment and special happenings you will need to be at the office. In this recruitment process, we will prioritize applicants who are able to work at the office.
