Job summary

NOBA Bank Group is looking for a Customer Advisor in Stockholm to help customers get back on track with their payments by building trust and focusing on the customer. You will communicate with empathy, find practical solutions, and contribute to a positive, proactive team environment.

The role is permanent with a 6‑month probation. Working hours are 7.30–16, with a hybrid setup (office in Stockholm and work from home two days a week); remote work within Sweden may be possible by agreement.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or working with people.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively in customer dialogues.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
• Guide customers toward sustainable payment solutions.
• Handle incoming calls and assist with questions or concerns.
• Perform light administration linked to customer cases.
• Contribute to a customer-first mindset with a warm and professional attitude.
