Job summary

Midsummer is a Swedish solar energy company that develops and manufactures discreet solar roofs with a 90% lower carbon footprint than traditional solar panels. The Finance team supports day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and finance administration.

Qualifications

• Pays attention to detail and takes responsibility for getting things done.
• Able to use Excel and digital tools efficiently.
• Communicates well in Swedish and English.
• Background in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Open to different backgrounds; motivated and personal qualities.

Responsibilities

• Review, code and process supplier invoices
• Support customer invoicing and register incoming payments
• Prepare payments and reconcile customer and supplier accounts
• Follow up on overdue invoices, missing approvals and documentation
• Manage employee expenses, receipts and company cards
• Maintain customer and supplier master data
• Answer finance‑related questions from colleagues, customers and suppliers
• Support the Finance team with other financial and administrative tasks when needed
