Job summary

Midsummer AB (publ) is seeking a Finance Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations for a company that develops and manufactures flexible thin-film solar technology. You will focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable and general finance administration, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.

Based at our headquarters in Järfälla, Sweden, this full-time role requires attention to detail, initiative and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Studied finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Gained experience in finance or admin roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Review, code and process supplier invoices.
• Support customer invoicing and register payments.
• Prepare payments and reconcile accounts.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and documentation.
• Maintain master data for customers and suppliers.
• Assist with other finance tasks as needed.
