Job summary

Dustin AB is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and automate a cloud-based data platform powering analytics, AI, automation, and smarter business decisions. You’ll work with Azure, Databricks, and Terraform in a collaborative, international team across Sweden and the Netherlands.

You will develop scalable data pipelines, enable secure data capabilities, and contribute to an Agentic AI and data-driven transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with building and developing cloud-based data platforms, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD processes.
• Proven experience in Databricks, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Azure is needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve Dustin’s cloud-based data platform in Azure and Databricks to support scalable analytics, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable platform delivery.
• Automate platform deployment, configuration, monitoring, and operational processes to improve scalability, governance, and the developer experience across data teams.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, architecture, and business stakeholders to enable impactful data-driven solutions across the organization.
• Ensure secure, reliable data capabilities powering analytics across Dustin’s data and AI transformation.
