Arelion is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to own Finance data, semantic models, metrics and architecture. You will design and maintain Power BI solutions across Finance, FP&A, Control, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Management teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power BI development experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and maintaining Power BI solutions that support Finance, FP&A, Business Control, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Management teams.

You will work closely with Finance stakeholders to transform financial and operational data into meaningful models, enabling improved decision-making and business performance management.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain Power BI solutions supporting:


• Month-end Closing,


• Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow analysis,


• Budget & Forecasting planning,


• Transfer Pricing

Development & Data Modelling

• Design, build, maintain and optimize Financial Power BI Semantic Models that serve as the foundation for management reporting, financial analytics and Excel-based self-service reporting.


• Own the Finance data, defining business requirements, data structures, and transformation logic required to support reporting and analytics.


• Work closely with Data Engineering who own the pipelines and infrastructure.

Business Partnership

• Translate business and finance requirements into analytical solutions.


• Collaborate with Controllers, Accountants, Managers, and business stakeholders.


• Provide guidance on reporting, modelling best practices, data and KPI definitions.


• Support finance transformation initiatives and reporting automation.
