Job description

Summary

You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for performing daily service on our customer's imaging equipment within the x‑ray segment – mammography, conventional x‑ray, vascular and surgery equipment. The role is based primarily in Stockholm and requires strong customer relationships and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Field Service Engineer – perform scheduled maintenance and corrective service at customer sites.
• Meet with customers almost daily and build close relationships.
• Plan all travel and administrative tasks, including documenting performed service and administering return of spare parts.
• Travel and stay overnight as required, sometimes on short notice.
• Work independently while coordinating with colleagues and ensuring service quality.

Qualifications

• Class B driver's licence.
• EU work permit.
• Commercial understanding and accountability for own work.
• Positive attitude, good sense of humour and team spirit.
• Relevant industry experience and experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of IT, Linux and Microsoft systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and flexible.
• Ambitious with a good overview and ability to work independently.
