Job summary

Heidrick & Struggles, a premier executive search and leadership advisory firm, is seeking an Associate to help identify top executive talent and support search across diverse industries from our Stockholm area offices. You will work with consultants to map talent landscapes, develop search strategies, and manage candidate communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of recruiting experience and a BA/BS, with strong writing and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional recruiting experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and candidates.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with external clients and candidates.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is preferred.
• Experience in executive search or in-house talent acquisition is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and client research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Develop position specifications and a focused search strategy.
• Assist consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents.
• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle.
