Job summary

Reed & Mackay Sweden is seeking a skilled Project Manager – Events to sell, plan, and deliver group travel, conferences, and incentive trips from client brief to execution. You will craft tailored solutions, manage budgets, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, building strong relationships in a high-tech, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and project management of group travel, conferences, and incentive programmes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen, including budgeting, costing, proposals, and profitability tracking.
• Experience using project management and business systems, including Qondor.
• Adaptability and confidence working in a changing environment.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with Amadeus is essential.
