Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to understand how systems, products, and processes interact.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing inquiries from partners and installers.
• Troubleshoot issues related to installation, configuration, and product use.
• Explain technical solutions in a clear and helpful way.
• Support partners and installers with onboarding and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with companies representing Zaptec.
• Work closely with colleagues across support, sales, and technical teams.
• Contribute to team goals and service quality.
