Job summary

Trans Europe Halles is seeking an External & Projects Communications Manager for an 80% role based in Lund, Sweden, with 50:50 remote work. You will lead TEH's external communications and manage dissemination for Horizon Europe projects, including CIRCLE, across multiple partners.

The role requires a Master's in communications, strong English skills, and experience with CMS, social media, and EU-funded projects. One-year contract with potential extension; reports to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in communications, marketing or equivalent.
• Very good English (C1/C2); other European languages are a plus.
• Experience with EU-funded projects and multi-partner consortia.
• Strong project management of international projects.
• Excellent writing for reports, newsletters and social media.
• Familiarity with CMS and social media tools; Wagtail is a plus.
• Intercultural collaboration skills; able to work remotely/internationally.
• Note: limited relocation support for non-EU residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead external communications and dissemination for Horizon Europe projects.
• Coordinate WP6–8 for CIRCLE and other EU projects with KPIs and reports.
• Develop communication strategies aligned with EU guidelines.
• Manage project deliverables and reach stakeholders and partners.
• Coordinate website redevelopments and TEH resources.
• Create and distribute external newsletters for policymakers and networks.
• Publish knowledge resources and templates for members.
• Lead social media and website content, ensuring consistent branding.
• Support TEH events and advocacy activities.
