What You'll Do

• Develop and produce engaging content for internal communication channels, including employee intranet, emails, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather information and create compelling stories that highlight company initiatives, successes, and updates.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels to build brand awareness.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and training sessions to educate, engage, and inform Geely Tech EU employees.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and benchmark competitors to identify new opportunities. Conduct research on best practices in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Provide support on various internal communication projects and initiatives as needed. Support the PR/Com team with administrative tasks.

Who You Are

• BSc in Communication or similar.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt messages based on target groups.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and self‑driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Excellent language skills in English, written and spoken.
• Skills in graphic design are appreciated but not required.
• Eagerness and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management skills.
