Job summary

Trans Europe Halles is seeking a confident, strategic Managing Director to lead the Coordination Office and ensure the organisational and financial health of TEH during a pivotal time for arts and culture. The role reports to the Executive Committee and requires collaborative, inclusive leadership and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the cultural or charitable sector.
• Proven success in fundraising and strong financial literacy, including budgeting and reporting.
• Knowledge of public funding processes and EU funding opportunities is valued.
• Right to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and growth: Spearhead organisational development and delivery of the Network Agenda.
• Advocacy and representation: Represent TEH at senior levels to elevate profile and secure networks.
• Projects: Coordinate project managers and oversee project implementation and financial health.
• Finance: Oversee budget development, financial planning and resource allocation.
