Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through phone, email, website inquiries, live chat, and social media.
• Build relationships and identify customer equipment and service needs.
• Qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on Mustang’s equipment, rental, parts, and service solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and lead activity within the CRM system.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Outside Sales Representative.
• Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.
• Deliver a professional, responsive customer experience throughout every interaction.
