Job summary

Stott and May is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, solving complex business problems and deploying AI-powered solutions into production.

You will own projects end-to-end, from understanding the initial problem and designing the solution through deployment, optimisation and measuring business impact. This is a highly practical role across software, systems, integrations and data, in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical problem-solving experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and systems-thinking capability.
• Experience across systems, integrations and data flows.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and managing ambiguous technical challenges.
• Experience taking ownership of projects through to production outcomes.
• Exposure to enterprise technology environments and complex integrations.
