Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high‑impact technical leadership steering cross‑functional engineering or technical teams.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
• Direct, hands‑on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform.

• Scale Elite Talent: Recruit, mentor, and develop the next wave of Technical and Strategic Builders.
• Maintain Operational Velocity: Monitor delivery metrics, coach teams on optimization, and handle complex customer escalations.
