Voyado is seeking an Engineering Manager for Search and Recommendations to lead two teams at the heart of our Product Discovery Engine. You’ll shape delivery, set engineering conditions, and guide the teams without writing code yourself.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, align priorities, and translate deep technical work into reliable customer value. This leadership role balances people, process, and tech in a fast-growing product company.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent
• Experience leading engineers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English in professional setting

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineering teams focused on Search and Recommendations
• Define delivery goals, priorities, and engineering conditions
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align priorities and outcomes
• Ensure teams translate technical work into customer value
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success
• Guide organizational evolution as teams and products grow
