Job summary

Voyado is seeking an Engineering Manager for Search and Recommendations to lead two specialized teams at the heart of our Product Discovery Engine. You will shape delivery, coaching, and engineering practices while staying close to technical discussions and architecture.

You’ll mentor eight engineers, partner with Product Managers to align priorities, and drive sustainable ways of working as Voyado grows. A strong people focus with a technical foundation is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams
• Strong technical background in software development
• Experience collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineering teams focused on search and recommendations
• Ensure delivery, quality, and engineering conditions across the teams
• Partner with Product Managers to align priorities and roadmaps
• Mentor engineers through one-on-ones, feedback, and growth plans
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Support, and Customer Success
