Job summary

Insurely is building a data layer for financial services across Europe. We are looking for a project manager to take customers from signed contract to live production, owning the end-to-end implementation and coordinating internal and external teams.

You will be the primary contact from kickoff through go-live, orchestrating engineering, product and commercial to deliver successful integrations. Fluency in Swedish and English and Stockholm-based work are required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in customer-facing projects.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Based in Stockholm, comfortable working across teams.
• Strong communication, structuring and process discipline.
• Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation from kickoff to go-live, end-to-end.
• Be the customer’s main point of contact from initiation to live production.
• Coordinate engineering, product and commercial teams across projects.
• Collaborate with product to translate customer requests into improvements.
