Job summary

Haeger & Carlsson, in partnership with ContextVision, seeks a senior Sales Manager EMEA to drive OEM partnerships in medical imaging and diagnostics. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle across the EMEA region, engaging with technical experts and senior decision-makers, and translating customer needs into scalable software and service solutions.

A proven track record in complex B2B MedTech sales and OEM engagements is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
Extensive experience in complex B2B sales within MedTech or advanced tech industries.
Proven experience selling to OEM customers.
Strong commercial acumen with solid technical understanding.
Experience selling software, technology solutions or services.
Fluent English communications.

Responsibilities

Own and develop OEM sales across the EMEA market.
Drive revenue growth through sales of products and services.
Build and manage long-term OEM relationships at procurement and senior decision-maker level.
Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
Design and negotiate multi-year commercial frameworks and partnership agreements.
Translate customer needs into scalable technical and commercial solutions.
Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Application Engineering.
Define internal requirements to deliver customer commitments.
Act as proactive problem solver with customers and internal teams.
Contribute to future geographic or account expansion as the business grows.
