Legora is redefining how legal work gets done and is seeking a Talent Partner to scale growth across EMEA. You will own recruitment processes, partner with leaders, and build scalable hiring systems that deliver high-quality hires.

You will refine interview frameworks, improve sourcing, and analyze hiring data to speed decisions without compromising quality, helping Legora attract exceptional talent at scale.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in recruiting or talent roles.
• Experience in fast-growing or scaling companies is preferred.
• Structured approach to hiring decisions and processes.
• Ability to partner with leaders and guide hiring in competitive markets.
• Strong data-driven mindset for talent analytics and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the organisation, partnering with leaders and people partners.
• Strengthen hiring practices, platforms, and processes to improve quality and speed.
• Improve sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines with market visibility.
• Refine interview frameworks and evaluation methods for consistency and quality.
• Analyze hiring data to identify opportunities to shorten time-to-hire and improve decisions.
